2023-2024 Annual General Meeting: 22 MARCH 2025

Due to unforeseen circumstances the AGM to discuss the Financial Statement of the 2023-2024 year, to discuss any remits and nominated for Life and Fellow Members was not held on 31 July 2024.
​
The meeting on 22nd March 2025 is, in effect, the retrospective AGM for the 2023-2024 year. Depending on the outcome of this meeting a further meeting will be held on 31 July 2025.
​
I hope you are able to attend the meeting on the 22nd March 2025 as you will see that there are some very important issues to discuss.

Please refer to the Agenda for the 2024 AGM. There are two items to be voted on. At the meeting you will be invited to cast a vote for each of these. Voting will be held online at the time of the meeting. There is also an important remit in the Agenda.
​
The retrospective 2023-2024 IYTA (NZ) AGM is Saturday, 22nd March 2025.

Financial members (as at 31st July 2024) are invited to contribute in the following way:

1. Read the Agenda for the AGM.
​​
2. Read the Treasurer's report and annual financial statement.

Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept the annual financial statement for the year ended 31 March 2024.
​​
3. Life Membership nominations
-
Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept Rachel Chapman for life membership (see Agenda for supporting documentation).
​
4. Remit
-
Vote to agree, or not agree, to accept the remit in the Agenda.

Members can access all the AGM documents without having to log on.

The ​Online 2024 AGM Voting Form will be available on the date of the AGM, 22nd March 2025. Your Voting Form must be submitted by midnight on Saturday 29th March 2025.
Your IYTA (NZ) membership must be current as at 31st July 2024 for your vote to be valid.
